"Sending out cancelation notices right after a hurricane! Some of us were out of town and didn't get mail. Not to worried about car insurance at this moment when I dont have a roof, but yet they're threatening cancelation cause I'm 5 days or so over due. Don't even give a month grace period right now. Very very sad. Not about the community, they're just about their money. Tomorrow I will call to make my payment and I will DEFINITELY be switching company's after this treatment! My rates been going up every month for past 6 months so it's time to switch to a company that cares and keeps their rates they quote you not raise it monthly. PATHETIC!! I been with them for over a decade and this is the treatment I get. I have 3 cars insured through you and recommended many people who ask me about insurance at my business, not anymore. Ill be bad mouthing and spreading the truth about your business tactics. Terrible customer relation and service! Check photo price increases all the time. Quote you one thing to get you in but that quotes only good for the first month. Your price will never stay the same as they quote you. It use to about 15 years ago or so when I signed up with Karen I can't remember her last name then she retired and put me to Daniel Martinez office. They been increasing my price monthly as you can see here. I'm over 30 with a cleaning driving record and multiple vehicle "discount". Ya..... "discount" went up $5, then $20, then $30. Guessing next month will be $450, a $40 increase. Smh searching today for a new company these people are ridiculous!"

The owner, Daniel Martinez, personally responded to me on a Saturday and not only advised me on my options, he filed my claims for me and within minutes I had claim numbers and the adjustor's contact information! Daniel and his team were there for me during a very stressful time, offering continued counsel and assistance and for this I will be ever grateful.
